General Terms of Service
Please do not rush me I will try to finish your commission as fast as I can, but please be patient with me. I will always give you updates every 1-2 weeks regarding the status of your commission. I absolutely recommend you to ask me for updates as well if I ended up forgetting to!
I have the absolute rights to my artwork which means I have the rights to post it to social media sites as well as stream and share the process. I will be charging additional fees if you wish to keep the commission private
You will automatically have the full commercial rights to the vtuber model but you are NOT allowed to claim the artwork as yours. Please credit me as the artist or your vtuber mama ( Kubeb )
Please do not alter, trace and ABSOLUTELY NO FEEDING MY ARTWORKS TO AI
If you are going to resell the model you cannot sell them for a higher price and you must let me know who will be the new owner of the model
Payment, Refund And Cancellation
Mode of Payment: Wise (ex-TransferWise)
You'll be paying 50% downpayment upfront. The remaining 50% will be paid before I send you the final image/file
Strictly No Refund
A full refund shall be granted only if :
1) I haven't started the commission yet.
2) I will not be able to fulfill your request due to emergency or personal matters.

Commissioned works can only be used for personal use. ( eg. stream, social media profile picture/banner, printing it for personal use) You are not allowed to make any profits from them. ( eg. Mass printing and selling them as merchandise ) Please refer to the commercial info if you want to do so
You are NOT allowed to claim the artwork as yours. You may repost the commissioned artwork but you must properly credit me as the artist ( Kubeb )

The commercial fee is an additional 1.5x - 3x of the total price of the commission dependding on how you're intending to profit from the artwork ( eg. Youtube videos/thumbnails, Game Illustration, Merchandise, etc. )
